Runs the function after a delay, without yielding here. delay() the global is deprecated in favour of this.

- needs the Roblox engine — its datatypes, its DataModel or its scheduler
- takes 0 to 8 inputs, set per node
- names its result — Result name in the Inspector is the local it binds, and a Declare Local reading that result makes a second one: see Variables and locals
